Camping is so much fun for kids (most kids anyway!). There are so many things to do and there is dirt! Does it get any better?
Here are just a few activity ideas:
Hiking
Swimming
Doesn't it look like fun? If not, maybe you could survive one or two nights for the kids!
What do your kids like to do when camping?

We haven't camped in a long time, but when we did it was usually at our churches family camp. The kids loved riding bikes, swimmihng, playing at their friends campsites, making smores and playing games in the big common area. What memories.

ReplyDeleteOh what fun! We love to camp, but we do cheat a little bit, we have a camper, lol. Your son looks like he is having a GREAT time! :)
ReplyDeletethe last time we officially camped out was 7 years ago, since then we've had four kiddos and i'm always hesitent to go with an infant or toddler. since our youngest is only 15 months, it will still be a while... but for now our 6 and 4 year old are happy to st up their tents in the back yard fo a few hours (they never make it through the night) ;)

ReplyDeleteGreetings my chocolate friend,
ReplyDeleteLooks like you are enjoying your vacation. I love "schmoes" and think I will try the Nutella next time.
My husband, 5 month old daughter and I are headed out for some camping this summer and this would be great to take along. And since chocolate is the bestest food ever, I would love to try Nutella.
ReplyDeleteBest wishes to everyone!
