All that to say that I am in the middle of PANIC-cleaning mode!! This morning I take my son to school and work there until I leave directly for the airport, so everything must be done before then. I'm glad my Dad is coming though - will be worth the lack of sleep - LOL!
So, my tea friends (and friends who don't drink tea, but will eventually feel pressured to try some - ha,ha!!) - I have a question for you today.
What is your favorite kind of tea to drink?
That's it, but I want details! That way, we can all find some new ones to try!
I do love loose-leaf tea and the flavor is better, but I am lazy quite often and use teabags. For right now, I like the pumpkin tea from last week, but I just tried some eggnog tea (Bigelow) and I like it! I added a splash of creamer and it's good. Kind of makes me want to curl up on the couch and enjoy it - but that will not help the cleaning to get finished!!
Have a tea-lightful day!
Well since 10 months out of the 12 are usually in the 80's and 90's I like a nice brewed Raspberry ICE tea. It's very refreshing. I usually get the Celestial Seasonings brand for that. I want to try your pumpkin tea. Winter is coming and it will dip down in the high 70's lol.
ReplyDeleteBlessings my friend.
I love the warmth and comfort of orange and spice tea - so soothing...
ReplyDeleteFirst favorite is Tazo Chai, wonderfuly fragerant, spicy and hits the spot on a cold afternoon.
ReplyDeleteSecond favorite is Earl Grey,
Third favorite Lady Grey, light, floral, sweet, love it.
My daughter and I from time to time will get our tea pot and set the table and have tea time at 4:00 pm with our china cups and saucers and pretend we are having high tea, blessings.

Hehe, panic cleaning. Boy, do I know that feeling.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite tea is jasmine pearls. I love the delicate scent and floral taste of this tea and no matter how many times I've seen it, I still enjoy watching the little balls unfurl into long leaves.
oh, I'm sad, I missed your pumpkin potpourri week. How fun! I have been overly busy with our house and haven't done much blog visiting...see what I get? I miss out on all the fun.
ReplyDeleteOkay, I'm not a tea drinker unless it's chai tea with vanilla and milk. my favorite is Oregon Chai. I don't mind green tea.
Okay, chocolate was good enough to keep me reading, but now tea! Whoopee. My favorite teas are loose leaf and black. One blend I especially like is Ostfriesen Tee, a strong black tea popular in that region of Germany. I'll send you a sample if you like.
ReplyDeleteAs I type this, I'm drinking a cup of Jasmine Green tea...yum!
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad you'll be joining me in "My One Month"! Can't wait to read your post!
I would have to ask my husband what tea it is that he fixes me that I like. He isn't here right now.... Enjoy your time with your dad, it should be fun having him at your house for a little while!
ReplyDeleteWhere do you find the pumpkin tea? No one here has anything like that yet, hopefully they will? Enjoy your time with your Dad, I no longer have mine and miss him!
ReplyDeleteHey Lisa,
ReplyDeleteI'm trying to get my bloggy friends mailing addresses. Can I have yours? If so then just leave me a separate comment and I just won't post it.
Thank you my friend.
Kim
Hi Lisa, hope you have a great visit with your dad! ...and plenty of rest when he leaves! :) ~Rhonda
ReplyDeleteI love tea- especially at this time of the year. My absolute favorite is Chai- smells so good! I have some of the eggnog tea and I really like it too! There is a new Lipton called Caramel Truffle. With a splash of creamer it is delicious.
ReplyDeleteBy the way- I just found your blog and I love it! Have a great day!

It looks like i'm not the only one who loves Chai tea. =) It's my favorite! Heating it up in a pan with milk and sugar to make a chai latte is perfect this time of year.
ReplyDeleteI have so many teas I love but lately I am really into Blood Orange Tea.
ReplyDeleteLipton's Pyramid Green Mandarin Orange Tea... YUM!
ReplyDeleteI'm crazy about coffee and tea. But I prefer loose tea, my favorite is greentea mixed with lavender, and green tea mixed with blueberry . How about a tea swap?
