It's Show and Tell Saturday at Homesteaders Heart! Today's theme is a favorite gift from your husband.
My husband has given me many gifts that I have enjoyed over the years including a ring, pearl earrings, perfume, flowers, a beautiful tablecloth and napkins from India, and a Kitchen Aid mixer (yes, those are the kind of gifts you start to like after 16 years of marriage!!)! We haven't really given each other keepsake kinds of gifts over the years. But, my husband gave me the two best gifts of all!
The first gift:
The second gift:
I don't think any other gift other than our marriage and child growing in Christ can quite compare!
Do you have a favorite gift from your husband? Post it and link up at Homesteaders Heart so we can all hear about it!
Have a blessed weekend!
Awwww! That's too sweet. I almost put my kids as well. And look at you girlfriend. Hot Mamma! LOL. I have to add that I started approving kitchen appliances about 8 years ago because I found that I really enjoy having kitchen gadgets that make my life easier in there LOL. My parents bought me a Kitchen Aid 2 years ago and my husband bought me a Vita Mix 2 years ago and I LOVE them both.
ReplyDeleteI love seeing wedding pictures maybe that should be next weeks, but since you already posted yours maybe not! Ha!ha!
Hugs.

Oh and I have a complaint. That top commentator thing is WRONG! It's going backwards. Well first off I know I've commented more than 40 times but yesterday it was at 40 and today it's at 38. What's up with that. It's almost not worth saying anything if I can't win a prize or something. LOL.
ReplyDeleteAmen Sister! What beautiful gifts! Amanda:)
ReplyDeleteThose are adorable pictures. Loved them both!

ReplyDeleteOh how sweet! Loved the pics. My son was a chubby baby too. People have a hard time believing that because he is now a beanpole.
ReplyDeleteTake care my friend!
Hope you have a great weekend!
Priceless! They are great gifts from God!

I totally agree with you, Lisa. My growing relationship with Christ is number one, and my husband and five children are the next greatest gifts I have. But I'll tell you, my Kitchen Aid Mixer is one of those appliances I would have a hard time living without! I received mine for mother's day about 20 years ago! Wow.
