I thought you might like to have another appetizer recipe in case you're having a New Year's celebration! I found this in a cookbook called Holiday Snacks & Appetizers and Other Holiday Fun.
Blue Cheese & Sun-Dried Tomato Spread
1 (8-oz.) pkg cream cheese, room temperature
1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained, finely chopped
1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 cup green pepper, finely chopped
1 teaspoon oregano
1 clove garlic. minced
Dash of freshly ground pepper
Combine all ingredients. Chill and serve with crackers or cocktail rye bread.

Anything with blue cheese in it works for me!
ReplyDeleteTHAT looks like a great appetizer to bring to my New Year's party this year:-)
ReplyDeleteThat looks pretty tasty-roo, but I think (for me) I'd have to use Feta, I have never been able to warm up to blue cheese, not sure why. :)
