Did you just sing that title in your head? 'Cause I did! LOL!
Yesterday was the official beginning of Summer break for us so you would think I'd have plenty of time to write blog posts. But oh there are so many things I got so behind on! I'm trying to play a bit of catch-up on the housework and household planning and I think it'll take me the whole week to feel like I'm back on track.
I do have so many things to blog about - there are recipes I haven't posted, upcoming reviews, a baking soda hair-washing update, household cleaning tips, perhaps a giveaway (raise your hand if you like handmade doilies 'cause my Dad made some for me to give away and he does a great job!) and more! I think I'll give myself some time to write this week and work on getting some things posted next week. That takes the pressure off a little!
My kiddo has had his cast on for a week now and only 3 weeks to go! Thank goodness! At least he's still persevering through the video-game playing. :)
Are you *officially* on a Summer break? Are you doing anything fun this week?
Have a lovely week my friends!
I don't get excited for school being out anymore. It just means more kids running around on the streets screaming all hours of the day.
ReplyDeleteWhen I was in school though I loved it of course, so i could go to work more :)
Can't wait to see more posts.
I loved having my children home for the summer so much that after they completed first grade I switched to homeschool. I enjoyed every moment and they both went on to ivy league colleges with scholarships and recently graduated with honors from grad school.
ReplyDeleteI would love for you to stop by my blog and say hi, www.glossymoney.com
I think the best way to build friends in the blog sphere is by stopping by and saying Hi.
Look you're already one comment up on me. LOL! What is the deal? Oy! Everyone must be enjoy Summer break. I blog all year with children why can't they? Ha! Ha!
ReplyDeleteBig I'm raising my hand because I'm a doily lovin' fool size hugs to you!
Love you my friend. Hope to catch up with you soon.
