The 1st month I did it, it was very successful, the 2nd month was so-so and last month wasn't great. But I usually don't let that stop me - I just try, try again! :)
Stop and Do 2 is just about picking 2 tasks that you want to focus on for the month and trying to do them daily until they turn into habits! The 1st month I did it, I picked keeping up with dishes and keeping all clean laundry folded & put away. Last month was drinking water and taking vitamins. See? It can be anything that you need to work on - just 2 things because that's enough, isn't it? And remember, we're going for progress, not perfection!
I like to use that little button up above and keep it on my sidebar for accountability. Underneath it I put the 2 tasks I'm working on for the month. Feel free to do the same if you need a little help with accountability. We're in this together!

This really is a good idea. I really should implement this into my daily routine. The hardest part is picking two. LOL!
